Maybe your schedule does not allow or you’re wanting additional support in these modalities, not to worry, I am also a personal chef!

While personal cheffing does not dive deep into the other outlined modalities under my work as an NTP, I am able to craft and create meals for you that incorporate nose to tail eating, ancestral methods, as well as support you in your goals. These may include but are not limited to, building muscle, exploring new dietary realms, or just simply exploring new foods.

How Does personal cheffing work?

Initially, there will be a meeting to understand your food needs and menu choices. From there we will create a personalized menu based on your preferences. After you approve it, a ‘cook day’ will be set up. On that day, everything will be handled from shopping to cooking, cleaning, and packing your labeled meals with heating instructions. Your custom meals will be kept in your fridge or freezer. All you have to do is enjoy!

What are the logistics?

I will provide everything required for cooking, I just ask that you have the counters and kitchen cleared and cleaned so that there is space to cook in. I also ask that you provide adequate space in the refrigerator and freezer for storage. It is up to you if you wish to be home during the cook day or if you wish to have it take place while you are out.

WHAT diets do you ACCOMMODATE?

I am able to accommodate a diverse array of dietary preferences, spanning from plant-based vegan and meat-centric carnivore diets as well as addressing various allergies and intolerances.

A private chef is dedicated to providing culinary services for an individual or a household, often residing within their premises to prepare all their meals. A personal chef caters to multiple clients by crafting tailor-made dishes that align with their tastes and nutritional requirements.

What areas do you serve?

I primarily serve the following counties: Marin, Sonoma and Napa. Depending on location I may consider parts of the East Bay or San Francisco. If you are outside of these counties but are looking for a personal chef, please reach out and I can provide some recommendations.

How much does it cost?

The cost of service is a combination of an hourly wage as well as the cost of groceries. Furthermore, it is influenced by the nature of the groceries you prefer - whether they are organically sourced or conventionally produced, farmed, or sustainably caught.
